For Pembroke Resources, this meant connecting 3 levels of action and activity to capture who they are and how they operate – a home of connection, transparency, and longevity. 6m exposed ceilings set the tone for openness and scale, while a refined material palette balances raw industrial elements with corporate precision.

Movement through the workplace is intuitive. Collaborative zones, breakout areas, and a rooftop events space are seamlessly integrated, encouraging interaction, focus, and connection. Branding is not an afterthought but a defining feature woven into the design through graphic elements and environmental storytelling, reinforcing Pembroke’s presence in a way that is both intentional and immersive.

More than just an aesthetic decision, every design choice was guided by how Pembroke’s staff would use the space. The result is a workplace that supports both structure and spontaneity, where spatial planning, natural light, and materiality come together to enhance productivity, engagement, and well-being.
