Archway partnered with Inhabit & Egis to design a full floor workplace in a heritage building on Creek Street, bringing together two distinct yet collaborative teams. The brief focused on creating an agile and balanced environment that fosters connection while respecting each workforce’s individuality.
A central core of shared amenities, including two kitchens, flexible boardrooms and collaboration hubs, anchors the floorplate, with separate working zones positioned around the perimeter to maximise natural light. Contemporary insertions were carefully integrated to preserve the building’s character, maintaining original timber beams and exposed brickwork. A neutral palette unifies the space, seamlessly blending both brands.
Sustainability was a key focus, with over 250sqm of recycled ironbark timber used for flooring, minimising environmental impact. The result is a considered, highly functional workplace that enhances collaboration, inclusivity and the everyday experience for both teams.
